初二英语教学反思扎实备课认真上课
本学期，我担任了初二年级英语科目的教育教学工作，在这个学年的教学工作中，我感慨万千，这其中有苦有乐，有辛酸也有喜悦，失败与成功并存。在这一学年里，我觉得我自己是过得紧张又忙碌，愉快又充实的。特从以下几个方面做出本学年的工作总结。
教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生状况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。一方面，学生英语听，说的潜力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们还不能适应。另一方面，班上有些的同学比较活跃，上课气氛用心，但中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到整体，而有些同学比较沉静，学习欠用心性，中下层面而也广，我备课时也没有注意到这点，因此教学效果不如理想。从此能够看出，了解及分析学生实际状况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和用心性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每一天我都花费超多的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。
一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。个性是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。
备课充分，能调动学生的用心性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的潜力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课必须要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课资料丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每一天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课，我感到有点愧疚，因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水平，以致影响教学效果。我以后务必努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。
英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不原学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是帮忙班上的同学改英文名，尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事。
英语是语言。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持下班了解早读状况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及
时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的潜力。
一、学习课标，明确教学目标。为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求、树立起新的育人理念，我们英语组群众抽休息时间对《英语课程标准》进行了研读，了解了目前英语课程改革的目的、掌握了目前英语改革的重点、明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各资料的分级目标、理解了英语教学原则、学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学带给了充分的依据、奠定了的扎实的基储保证了教学的顺利进行。
二、扎实备课，理清教学思路。备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点:
1、课前备课，做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教科参书，既备教材、教法，又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的资料，既要思考知识的纵向联系，又要思考新知的横向衔接;既要突出重点，又要突破难点;既要体现出完整的教学过程，又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种搞笑的教具，如:单词卡片、实物(图片)、头饰等教具为课堂教学做好服务。
2、课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我透过游戏引入新课教学时，为了不打消学生的用心性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动，将教学资料层层铺开，把枯燥乏味的课堂变为生动搞笑“快乐堡”，让他们在快乐中学习，在玩中获得新知，透过反复的趣味操练(如:唱、演、玩、画、涂色、做手工等形式)来巩固所学新知。在活动中学生们都乐于参与，充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣，学生的用心性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。
3、课后备课，总结教学经验。每上完一单元，我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思，写出教学后记，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该单元的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基矗
三、认真上课，体现以人为本。《英语课程标准》提出“让学生在教师的指导下，透过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。”这便要求，英语课的教学要以学生为主，培养他们学习英语的兴趣，提高他们对词汇、句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的潜力。为此，我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点:
1、巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先透过做游戏、唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。
2、图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材“图文并茂”的特点，充分运用单词卡片、实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确的任务目标，并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义，让他们用心主动参与学习获取新知过程，培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的潜力。在学习新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。
3、游戏活动，巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后，抓住学生争强好胜的心理，透过师生互动、生生互动的游戏活动将教学资料层层铺开;为了尊重学生的个体差异，营造宽松的学习。
期中考和期末考是考察每位同学在本学期的学习成果，因此就应予以重视。考试前进行有系统的复习，考试后进行学科总结。从中段考试能够看出五年级三个班的平均水平有一些差距，一和三班的差生面相对较大。所以在中段考后的时间里，我把力量主要集中在两班的差生辅导上，个性是三班，以缩短差距。另外，还发现学生的综合潜力不够强，所以以后的教学中要加强这方面的训练。让学生简单学，容易掌握。而期考结果证明，适当辅导差生对班的整体发展有很大帮忙。
